Tijuana / San Diego

Tengo muchas cosas que decir sobre mi estadía en Tijuana / San Diego - Chula Vista - Ocasionalmente National City, por un par de ocasiones Coronado Island (Una inclusive incluyó renta de bicicleta, ya que de primero, nuestra primera intención era rentar Kayaks, porque qué bonito, pero la industria del kayak es una mierda en Coronado Island. Cuesta 39 dlls + impuesto, 49 si es un kayak doble, pero quién quiere un kayak doble, ya tenemos suficiente para aparte pasar la verguenza de estar en uno. Y no, nos pareció caro, aún y cuando los que atienden el negocio parecían personas del catalogo de Hollister, como mi amigo dijese, yo dije que se veían demasiado californianos y punto. 

Del lado de Tijuana, no se dejen sorprender, Playas de Tijuana, a las orillas de la barda fronteriza, comenzando con una monumental plaza de toros que alberga actos como el de la infame noche de Enrique Iglesias, que se corta sus deditos por estar puteando con un dron,, como diría mi amigo nuevamente, yo siempre pensé que la foto estaba manipulada para que se vea más sangrienta, era como cuando te cortabas con las aspas de tu ventilador portátil de baterías, solo que si más gruesas, porque el objeto es más pesado.

Por lo menos no se voló los dedos como el wey de Rebelde bajándose de un helicoptero por saludar a sus fans, como si fuera LadyDi llegando a Uganda por primera vez. Ever.

Luego está el valle, el viejo oeste, donde los sueños se vieron confrontados ahora por el vasto océano pacífico. Y ahora ¿hasta dónde? Pues hasta Asia, mijos.

Some thoughts about feeling

talking about nothing is amazing! it feels so good, you feel so liberated! from any constraints but what language itself can possess which is truly infinite if you think about it ... and it gives you a voice, it puts you there - like automatically expelled from the void ... like a birth - expelled from your mothers womb, so beloved, so greasy, so full of blood. And now you are outthere in the open. Feeling, just feeling what feeling is.

The Bogdanov - Hegel connection - draft

I have to think how to link between these two because next friday I will be talking about Bogdanov via McKenzie Wark's Molecular Red and I don't know why I got involved but I am. So, no, of course I know, I find this work fascinating. I think it is a completely new perspective that I haven't encountered before, and that's refreshing. The new. You know, that space where everything gets turned apart and creates the space for the emergence of the new, a new possibility. You got it.
And that's where it goes. No big science. I'm just interested in these processes. Like, the root, you know? So you don't get foul, by fouls.

My notes taken while I passively watched in the confort of my living room I share with three others in Colonia del Valle, sur. It is important to specify it is 'sur' because if not you can get confused and think it is the one next to the more trendier Roma and Condesa, no, mine doesn't have anything which trends, but that's the reason I love this neighbourhood and because it has proven mildly affordable and amicable in an otherwise hell which is Mexico City.

The lecture is by Markus Gabriel, the so-called 'genius child of continental philosophy' because of its productivity levels in such a field when you get to start putting your name outthere probably never.

Armen Avanessian : Poética Especulativa

En diciembre del 2014 bajo la recomendación de Sigfrid Zielinski contacté a Armen Avanessian para la oportunidad de trabajar conjuntamente en algunos proyectos.

Todo comenzó con un post de Facebook en el que públicamente convocó para la revisión de un artículo en proceso. Yo tomé esa oportunidad para entablar vínculo.

El artículo resultó muy dificil de procesar, tarde un mes en poder descifrar algún significado, pero terminé la tarea y la mandé. La respuesta fue positiva. La generosidad de Armen fue desplegándose.

La comunicación permaneció y fue creciendo hacia diferentes direcciones. Estamos ahora trabajando conjuntamente en proyectos mayores. En producciones de gran alcance. En traducciones de trabajos nunca antes traducidos.

Esta es la primera traducción de Armen Avanessian al español, famoso exponente del movimiento Aceleracionista de Freie Universitat (Berlin), que tuve el privilegio de realizar. Armen no sólo se ha vuelto una enorme inspiración en mi trabajo actual, sino que su presencia a su vez ha ido permeando mis pasos en los últimos meses. Su lectura no parece fácil a primera instancia, pero como todo lo que vale la pena, necesita cierta perspectiva y voluntad para la profundización. Cualquiera que diga que un texto es dificil y por eso sea descartado está siendo subyugado por la propaganda normativa.

Nada es imposible de indagar, sólo se necesitan las ganas de hacerlo. Cualquier actividad para ser dominada necesita práctica y constancia, así es la filosofía también.
